Two Stores,Vacant House BurglarizedThree burglaries, occurring sometime last -night or early this morning, were reported to local police today.The biggest haul was made at Lee’s Confectionary and Sporting Goods store at 541 Tremont ave SW. Thieves there got $150 from a cash register and a pinball machine with $20 of the loot in change,* * *POLICE SAID entry was made into the building by breaking a window in a door at thb rear of the store. Leo Hammer, owner Of the store, said he closed it at 2 a. m. today and discovered the theft at 5:45 a. m. when he reopened the store.A few doors east of Lee's, burglars got $5 in change from, a cash register in the Houston Jewelry store at 527 Tremont ave SW. Entry was made by breaking a window glass in the east side of the building.Donald Green of 211 South ave SW, told police this morning a box of tools he stored in a vacant house at 207 South ave SW was stolen sometime during the night. A pushed out cardboard in a broken window'permitted entry. .
