Belote PleadedGuilty to Charge Of Bank RobberyPALESTINE, May , 2.—(/F—W.F. (Bill) Belote, yho pleaded | guilty today to participation in the $10,000 Frankston. State Bank robbery, was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment. The hank was robbed Dec. 10, 1030.Another plea of giiilt to the robbery was made by John B. (Poodle) Hammond, whose case also came up for trial today. A jury was deliberating his punishment.PALESTINE, May 2.—W. F. (Bill) Belote pdealed guilty today to participation in the ?10,-000 Frankston State Bank robbery Dec. 10, 1930. A jury started considering his punishment.Another defendant in the case John B. (Poodle) Hammond, was expected to plead guilty. Both Belote and Hammond signed statements concerning the robbery.Jack Wilson and Joel Carroll are serving penitentiary sentences for their allegcl parts in the robbery.
