Arbuekle placed him self behind tLe door of the B *V 0. S. V\. depot and opened fire on Kelso,who was standing on the depot platform about ten feet away. Three shots were fired, one of them entering Kelso's groin, acotber the bowel on the opposite side and the thirst entered the fbsty part of the thigh The latter ball was removed by surgeons.Arbuekle is a son of James Arbuekle an I is about twenty-two years.
