An autopsy performed by a pathologist from the Ramsey County, Minn., medical examiner's office indicated Williams had been shot three times in the head by a small-caliber gun.Investigators from the DunnCounty Sheriff's Department believe the .22-caliber or ,32-caliberpistol may have been traded or sold by Taylor in the Eau Claire area some time after July 1985.The weapon is described as a western-style Magnum revolver, dark in color with a nine-inch barrel and dark handgrips. It also may have been equipped with a scope.Anyone having information concerning the weapon is asked to callthe Dunn County Sheriff’s Department's tip line. 232-2576.
