By Bill BauerMenomome News BureauMENOMONIE — A criminal complaint was tiled in Dunn County Circuit Court today charging Alvin Taylor, most recently ^ Portage, with a third murder.The 40-year-old traveling nig club singer now has been charg with killing Robert Williams, 2 of Eau Claire, on or about Julv 11985.In addition to first-degr murder, the most recent cnmir complaint charges him with the u athorized use of a dangerous wea^pon and being a repeat offender. The maximum penalty is life imprisonment plus 15 years.According to the criminal complaint in the Williams death, Taylor had rented a house in the town of Spring Brook in southeastern Dunn County from Jean Vasey from June through October 1985. Williams’ decomposed body was recovered from a grave on the property on April 8, 1987.Williams had been reported miss-The body was identified through use of dental records.
