H jj* •'Raymond Moullet, proprietor r of the East Side Bakery on Main St., pleaded guilty to charges of operating the business in an unsanitary manner and; using a building for a bake r y without a state license w h e n ; arraigned before Judge Merrill R. Farr Thursday morning.Sentence was deferred to May 8 and no bond required.Moullet, a resident of Bloom-; er, was arraigned on complaintof L, If. Zuehlke of the statedepartment of agriculture andmarkets and the offenses charged were committed April 23.On request of District Attorney Victor O. Tronsdal, Zuehlke showed Judge Farr samples of material collected at the bakery by the state agent on the date in question. Zuehlke said, however, that Moullet has; now applied for a license and is taking immediate steps to cor-rect the objectionable conditions.
