POUND GUILTY OF ALLOWINGDOG TO RUN AT LARGEtWilliam Harper of Tremont AppealsCase Brought by Game WardenLyle SmithWilliam Harper of Tremont was before the Bar Harbor Municipal Court Tuesday afternoon on a charge of allowing his I dog to run at large, on the State’s wild lands after being notified by a game warden to keep the dog in custody.The State, represented by County J Attorney W. B. Blaisdeli and David 0. j Rodiek, Esq., presented evidence by Deputy State Game Warden Lyle Smith that a dog in the custody of Mr. Harper had been seen upon wild lands of the j State. Further examination wan waived by the defense. H. L. Graham, Esq., appeared for Mr. Harper. Mr. Harper was found guilty by Judge Conners and fined $50 and costs. Appeal was taken to the Supreme Judicial Court of Hancock County next to be held on the second ■ Tuesday in May, t
