Dedham.The grand jury failed to find Indictments agaiUBt the chiropractors as the outcome of their investigation last week and the representatives of that mode of healing celebrated the fact by a display of bunting at their respective offices. *Two indictments were returned, one of them being' against Harry Monroe, on the charge of breaking into and stealing goods from a car on the C. M. St.'P. railway, at Dedham. The evidence shows that the car was securely sealed at Aspinwall. One of the trainmen as they approached Dedham saw a bundle of brooms lying at the side of the track which he believed had been thrown from one of the eaVs of the train. Arriving at the Dedham station;; investigation was made and Monroe is said to have been found in me car from which the brooms had been thrown. The supposition is that he intended to leave the train, return to the spot' where he had thrown off the brooms and realize on their sale.George Powell, of'Carroll, was indicted for failure to support his wife and children.
