Edwards Longley. represent plain. tiff. ;shc alleges that according to an ordinance of the city the company is supposed to maintain a flagman at the crossing of the belt-line on Sycamorb street, but that on February 7, 1908^ when the accident occurred, no flagman was.-present to warn Mr. Kadde-. man of impending danger. Mr, Had-deni an is alleged to have been driving eastward along the street at this point and when upon the track liis vehicle was run down by an engine in charge of employes of the company, he was struck and instantly killed. Further allegation is made that the engine r.t the time was exceeding the regulation speed of eight miles an hour, as defined by ordinances of the city. Plaintiff claims to be dependent upon his services fcr support, and asks the court for judgment In her favor.
