Habeas Corpus Action Is FiledBELLAIRE, Ohio (AP) — An attorney for Herman Ciouston Sr, of Bellaire, charged with defrauding a Triadelphia, W. Va. woman of $6,000, filed a habeas corpus action for Ciouston in the Belmont County Common Pleas court Monday.The court set April 7 for a hearing on the action, and increased Cfouston’s bond from $5,000 to , $10,000,Meanwhile, the court delayed ■ *etting a date for an extradition ] hearing in Ciouston’s case pending a decision in the habeas corpus action, When and if an extradition hearing is set, it will be held inColumbus before the governor’s extradition secretary.
