Xixon for one-half of the estate of the late J. T. Xixon this interest being estimated at $50,000. for $1.0,000 damages and $5immi attorney fees. The plaintiffs are residents of Gonzales (\unty.The petitioner. .Mrs. Arnedt, is a daughter of the defendant, and •vas married to her husband in Get-, tober. 1909. She alleges that she did not know she had inherited one-half of the estate of her father. which included lands in Gonzales County worth about $100,000, and that she had signed transfers at her mother's request, without really knowing what she was signing. She asks for her interest in tin (‘state, for damages amounting to what she claims to have signed away and for attorneys’ fees.The parties to tin1 suit have lived in Gonzales and Wilson Counties for years, and are widely known here. The town of Nixon, in Gonzales County, is located on part of the land in controversy.It appears from the petition that the plaintiffs are represented by 11. I*. Lane of San Antonio and Hunter 1*.
