Annie Robinson was arraigned before the mayor this afternoon, charged with being implicated in the cutting of George Taylor a few nights ago. The case was not made out and the defendant discharged. Taylor complains that his witnesses were not summoned and that he had no time to preoare■ 4for the case. A warrant will probably be sworn out this evening against Warrick DeMar and the whole case will then be investigated.
