—Last Saturday afternoon John Toms got too much liquor aboard and was taken in by Constable Newell, and yesterday Marshal Self arrested Howard Hogue, who was also quite hilarious. After sobering off in jail they were brought before Esq. Chamberlain this morning and were each fined $1 and costs, in all f 10. Toms went to iail and Hogue stayed his amount.
