By Associated PressALICE — A 14-year-old boy who told authorities he helped move the body of a 12-year-old girl to an isolated creek in Jim Wells County has been released to his parents’ custody.The juvenile agreed Wednesday to follow court-determined conditions that include urine tests, a 6 p.m. curfew, arid wearing an electronic monitor.In two previous hearings, County Judge Amoldo Saenz ruled the youth should remain in custody.
