8:02 p.m., Accident-ArrestA 16-year-old Anderson youth is listed in fair condition at St John's Hospital after the bicycle he was riding was struck by a car as he was riding along Jackson Street. Brian Nolton, 2634 Brown St., was taken to St. John’s suffering from injuries to the back, head, neck, pelvis, left arm, both hands and legs and chin. The driver of the car, Charles Neff, 59, 17 W. 40th St., was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence. The police report notes that Nolton was wearing dark clothing and his bicycle was not equipped with alight.
