Charges of failing to yield the right of way, while driving from an alley, were filed against Lxiren August Thieroff, 59, 1301 Powell View, after an accident at 8:05 p.m. on Ottawa Ave., at the driveway to Maag’s Cafe.He reportedly drove his 1968 pickup truck from the alley, hitting the left rear of a 1963 car, being driven by Carroll Leland Hammer, 22, 710 Pierce.
