La fry on the charge of having passed a forged note for $600 on the City National bank, Raymond Fuson was released on his own recognizance. Fuson'a uncle, whose name had been used illegally, was present.' The money had been refunded and no one sustained aloss. Attorney M. F. Mahoney appeared for Fusou.
