It requires a special-permit to have such a meeting in a park, it was explained last night, while no such permit is needed if the meeting is to be on a public street on any day ex-cept Sunday, provided traffic Is not interfered with.i The police have been keeping a sharp5emi-Princess — modal of triped taffeta silk in light colors)^th embroidered^yoke and laCc LirAper waistr^^•s^Valus $39-50Lancene uresses «■ ^Princess models, lace-trimmed;of white, pink or light blue softfinished batiste.Value $10.00Lingerie l^rincebs... . ...Q.... - .. .............................€S—of sheer white mull withfull tuffled waist and skirt trimmings of fine Valenciennes lace.
