Manuel* Fimbres the woman serving a sentence of fifteen years imprisonment in the Territorial Prison, is lying at the point of death from blood poisoning, brought on by a severe attack of erysipelas. The woman was convicted one year ago in Pima County of being accessory to the murder of a Chinaman killed in Tucson.
