% 11 w —Suit A«ainst the South Penn Company.A number of land damage sails will be Wed in Falton county this week between eight or ten land owners in Fulton county and the South Penn railroad coinpauy. At the time the load was surveyed ihe owners otbeiand anowea“th'e«umi»au'~tylt;:^tor‘nplt;u”their property, and released all damages on-the condition that the company would complete the road and hoiye it in running order by January 1st, 1887. The agreement farther provided that in case the road was not built by that date the agreement and release would be *mU ™id* Tbf ®°“*piny made flies and cuts,:doing considerable damage. The time for the completion of the road is past, and it is not much more than begun. The land owners have now brought ■ait to recover damages for injuries done their lands, and the claims aggregate a large gam of money*
