This*WeekDave Tarbuck, indicted on a charge of murder for the killing of Tony Bill at Whisky Run on the evening of December 26, -will go on trial in criminal court on Thursday. It is alleged that Tar buck went to the Bill home that evening and knocked at the door. As Bill opened the door, Tarbuck 'is alleged to have fired the contents • of both barrels of a 12-gauge shotgun into the body of Bill causing instant death. Tarbuck was later arrested at Poster mines and lodged in the county jail.Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, Robert Noel was sentenced on Monday to pay the costs of prosecution and a fine of $200.Virginia Waugaman was acquitted of a charge of larceny and the costs in the case were divided.In the case of Joe KuhoMe, indicted on the charge of larceny, the prosecutor failed to appear and the court .directed that a verdict be returned in favor of the defendant.The case of R. C. Cessna, charged with uttering and delivering’ worthless check, was settled out of court.James or Eugene Trimarehi entered a plea to a charge of violation of the prohibition laws. *The case of D.
