FULL.BRTON, March 28.—Negotiations have been practically closed whereby a processing plant Incorporated at $100,000 will be located in Fullerton within thenext .thirty days.The new industry, the Newton Process Manufacturing company, now located at Santa Fe Springs, will be moved at once to the industrial site on the Bastanchury ranch, which has been made possible through the efforts of G. W. Finch of the Chamber of Commerce.J. H. and George C. Wents of Anaheim, associated with Dan Newton, the latter the inventor of the process, have been negotiated | through, the Chambei of Commerce for the site, consisting of two acres of the Bastanchury ranch, for the past month.Deal CulminatedThe deal was brought to a close when the Chamber of Commerce industrial committee, headed by J. C. Bliss, was empowered to close the negotiations with Gaston Bastanchury for a long term lease for two acres of land.The new industrial firm has an annual ’;ayroll of $75,000 and employs twenty mechanics, all of whom will move to Fullerton as soon as the buildings are ready for occupancy.Li
