Shelbyville, Ind., Murcb 16.—Another $400 crooked note, forged by Oavid H. Henricks, the “prominent church member and former*' who mysteriously disappeared a week or so ago, the last seen of him being at Indianapolis. This morning Granville L. Oldham, a well-known farmer living near town, while in the bank* here to-day, was informed that a note on which he was suriiy for Pavid H Henricks for $400 was past due. Mr Oldham on seeing the note at once pronounced it a forgery, and immediately made an affidavit against Hen-ricks for’forgery, and an effort will be made to aecure his arrest. The bank cashed the note last January. Henrioks Is turning out very badly for such a prominent church member.
