The CitY M arshai, Clinton Butts, accompanied by a couple of officers from Evansville, Indiana, proceeded to the Clinton House yesterday afternoon, and arrested a man named Theodore Dryhipt, who had taken board at ^ the house the day before. Dryhipt was charged with committing a robbery at a hotel at Evansville, of $1,435, and nearly that amount was found in the prisoner’s valise, principally in Treasury notes and specie.lie stated that he had just come from Hatches, Miss., to Evansville, and was a traveling trader, and not a robber, for which he was arrested. •-Th» Kenton Union Guards are requested tomeet at their drill-room this evening.
