Hatchet Slayer Is Quoted as Blaming* lt;Debate Over Autos J11OKLAHOMA CITY, March 27—CB—Robert Cargo, 21, returned here early today from Birmingham, Ala., to face murder charges in the hatchet killing of A. L. Luke, Bethany flarist, was quoted by officers as saying he slew Luke after they quarreled over the merits of various makes of automobiles.County Attorney Lewis R.
