In 1 Bremer county, was made defendant j In an action for damages brought by Paul Rrybl. The suit was the cul-I inlnation of the birth of a child to Margaret Bryhl, 18-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bryhl When the officers went to serve the * papers they were unable to find Mr. Bovee. and. as the law permits, the 'notice was served on his wife. I'p to the present writing the officers have i not located Mr. Bovee. *The many neighbors and friends ot 1 Mr. Bovee were terribly shock ml and utterly unable to under irid. as lie 1 had been a very q:i»e» and indtt tclous * man. a man w ho ha.4 mtinlc ted me entire neighborhood as his friends.— *Waverly Democrat. ‘
