The suit was the cul-I inlnation of the birth of a child to Margaret Bryhl, 18-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bryhl When the officers went to serve the * papers they were unable to find Mr. Bovee. and. as the law permits, the 'notice was served on his wife.
