The case of Mrs. James Whitten igainst Miss Belle McKinney for malicious trespass was tried before Judge Richards this morning. Miss McKinney was fined 19.50, in de* fault of which she will lie in jail. Por some lime past the McKhmey woman has been making life miserable for Mrs. Whitten by emptying slops and ashes on .Mrs. Whitten’s property, which adjoins the house occupied by Miss McKinney. The trouble culminated yesterday in a fight between the two, In which bricks and broomsticks were the weapons of warfare. The trouble between them is settled for a fow days at least.--r
