its noiu...—Hiram Lee, tiie son of the Sheriff of the county, w as shot through the back, by Wm. Natt, at Shoe Heel, N. C., the other day, and killed. The difficulty grew oiil. of some misunderstanding about a young lad}' in the neighborhood, lloth of the men had been paying the lady marked attention. Natl sent word to the deceased that he must cease his visits to the girl. An insulting antwer was returned to this demand. The men met on a public road, next morning, with the result given. ^
