EVICKCaught After Five Years, at Frankfort, Ind.Jethro Evict is a Delpbos boy who ban been making a bud name lor himself in the annul* of crime.He has just been beard from at Frankfort, Ind., where be was arrested last Friday to answer to a charge of grand larceny and jail breaking at Troy, 0. In 1891, while S. \V. Archer was Marshal of Delphos, Evick stole a bicycle at Troy. He was caught at Indianapolis and brought back. While in jail there be succeeded in eluding the vigilance of the officers and broke jail, making his escape. Since that time he has escaped capture, although beard of at different places, aud officials have been after him many limes.He was seen at Continental three weeks ago, but got away. He next turned up at Frankfort, where the officials were waiting for him. He was captured after a bard fight with the officers, in which several of them were reported badly injured. Troy officials have been notified and have gone after him to bring him back to Ohio. Evick is a desperate character and will hesitate at nothing to secure his freedoiru
