vbetter than the hrst one.—Last Saturday afternoon John Toms got too much liquor aboard and was taken in by Constable Newell, and yesterday Marshal Self arrested Howard Ilogue, who was also quite hilari -0113. After sobering off in jail they were brought before Esq. Chamberlain ifcliis morning and were each fined $1 imd costs, in all $10. Toms went to jail and Ilogue stayed his amount.
