Wdker and Mrs.W iff gin ft.At the session of the last Grand Jury indktmca ta were found against Mrs. Caroline Walker and Mrs. Ann Wigging of this city, for causing the death of Alice Martin by procuring an tlNpkaoo her person. This morning Sheriff Johnson arrested the parties and in the absence of Judge Mliler they were taken be fore Judge Martin. They were both bound ot«t ia the sum of $1,000 each for their appearance at the next term *f court, but for want of proper security Mrs. Walker waa committed to jail. Messrs Trainer k Cook represented Mrs Walker, and Mr. W. P. Hava Mrs. Wiggins. Prosecuting Attorney Owesney appeared for the State.
