HORSE and GIG STOLEN—Whereas, onWednesday, the 17th of March, 1S19. a Person calling himself ItOBi N’SO N. and pretending to be a dealer in Silks, and to sefl Tea for Stnitfc and Co:' of London, hired a Horse and Gig of Mr. WflHarrt Ludby, of PdHVorth, in ' Sttsdcx, lor four days, and drove off with the same towards Horsham, and hath not since''returned them ; and there is reason to believe that he hired them with the felonious intent of converting them to his own use. A HRWAHD of FIVE GUINEAS is hereby offetet! to any Person who Will give such information respecting the Offender* as may lead to his apprehension and conviction for Felon v. to be paid, on conviction, by the Pet worth Preventing Society. Likewise, a REWARD of THREE GUINEAS, to any PetecSif who will give such information to Mr. Ludby, as m;*y enable him to recover his Horse and Gig, to be paid by Mr. Ludby, and to be increased by him tb FIVE GUINEAS, iu case of the conviction of the offender. Description of the Horse —A Gelding, aged, dark brenvrt, brown muzzle, about fourteen hands three inches high, mane and tail black, a white spot undet* the mane, a white star and streak in the face, saddle marks, bind legs while to a little above the fetlock joint, turns out his fore feet, and has a splint cut. Description of the Gig —Yellow 'grbrfnd, spindles of the back turned and painted yellow, ringed with black, back rai*t*l, crpher of XV Lon the back, W. Ludby, Pet worth, No. I,” pairtted under the foot-board, lined with pepper and salt cloth, wheels remarkably heavy for a gig. Description of the Man —Short and lusty, features remarkably flat, .all or most of hte teeth before gone, eyes small, baif grey, head a little bnld, appears about GO years of age, speaks like a foreigner, active for his age, wore a blue coat, stnped waistcoat, grey pantaloons over boots, a ring on a finger of the left.hand, understood to have gone by the names of Wallis and Jeskins, in -a tour through the West of England.'
