Hammond Company of Michigan.Fowler Packing Company of Kansas.United Dressed Beef Company of Missouri.Hammond Packing Company of Illi* lois.Omaha Packing Company of Illinois. Anglo-American Provision Company rf Illinois.Western Packing Company of Colo-•ado.St. Louis Dressed Beef and Provision Company of Missouri.Colorado Packing and Prbvision Company of Colorado.New York Butchers* Dressed Meat Company of New York.Coincident with the return of the in-ilctments, a petition to dissolve the National Packing Company and its subsidiaries was filed by District At-;orney Sims in the United States cir-3uit court.While none of the packers was named in the indictment, they are mentioned in the suit in equity. Those who are made defendants to the suit in equity besides those corporations which were indicted are:Armour it Co.Swift Co.Morris Co.Edward Tilden.Louis F. Swift.Edward F. Swift.Charles H. Swift.L. Heyman.Continental Packing Company.The indictment sets forth that all of the defendants except the NationalPacking Company, which, it is charged. Is merely a holding company, are en gaged in the beef-packing industry; that they buy live cattle at divers points in the United States andslaughter them at the plants of the various concerns located in Chicago.
