George W. Streeter was bound 6ver to the Grand Jury In $300 on the charge o£ ringing in a falsa Are alarm. There was testimony that Streeter was seen coming from the direction of the box while the alarm was ringing, aloo that a man looking like Streeter had been seen near the alarm nox a short time before the alarm rang. It was said that Streeter, on being asked whore the Are was, .said ‘‘At the gas honso.*’ ‘ 'Luther Gale of Charlemont was charged with selling milk not up to standard. The comDlalnt was made by P. M. Harwood, agent of the State Dairy Bureau. He was lined $25.Fonr children of-Michael White of Leverett were before the Oonrt as neglected children. It appeared that their father had disappeared some time ago and that their mother was dead, and that the children had been supported by an aunt who Is no longer able to care for them.
