?Hr» The ease of Joseph Grigsby, under indictment for murder, which we incidental' ly alluded to a short time since, was again before Judge Young on Monday, and the day spent in examination, and argument of counsel. The Judge postponed the decision of the case until the next morning, when he decided that the requisition of the Governor of Missouri must be complied with orin other words, that the writ of habeas corpus was not valid. Grigsby, therefore, was surrendered up to the Missouri authorities, and is now on his way to Adair county in that State.
