Changes Pleas OnOakdale P.O. BurglaryOMAHA. Nob. lt;UPI) — Ralph John Carbaugh, formerly of Omaha, rhursday changed five pleas of nnocent to guilty when he appeared efore chief Federal District Judge Ffcicharcl E. Robinson here.Carbaugh was arrested in a motel acre last November and charged with i burglary at the Oakdale, Iowa, mstcffiee Nov. 25The charges included transporting itolen postage stamps valued in excess of $5,000 across state lines, conspiracy in transporting the damps and the possession of stolen government property.Two other counts involve the in-: erstate transportation of stolen express money orders drawn on the Security National Bank and Trust Co. of Faribault. Minn.Others charged in the case andwaiting trial are Douglas Eugene Bund and Mrs. Helen Honeywell, XVh former Omahans, and Mrs Janice Mead of Los Angeles. Calif.Russell Blumenthal, chief assistant Jnited States district attorney, said Uarbaugh has been indicted in Cal-fornia for robbery of two banks.
