Beulah Barrett, attend school regularly; George Cummings, for children, LsabeSle and Pauline; Henry Schaeffer, responsible for Delbert and Mary Schaeffer; William Myers, for Leon Myers, all from Knoxville, eachfined $2; Richard Powers fined $2for non attendance of Francis Pow ers, of West Brunswick, all heardby Justice Jones on Tuesday,Cases heard by Justice Bower* Saturday afternoon were: MiltonGilbert, for son, Emory Gilbert, of Highland, cost* amounting to Philip Fisher, of Highland, for May* nard Fisher, costs of f,L65; Llewellyn Whittington for Armstead and ltougla.i Whittington, of Jefferson, costa of It.TS; Augustus Harris, colored, from Delia, for Kraily, No hie, Michael and Exodua Harris,In *alt; h case, a reprimand was given and no further penalty unless the non-attendance record is repeated. Several other case* will be heard tonight.
