Columbus Eepnblican.The ease of Easter vs* Raster, brought here from Shelby county, is an interesting one in which the lawyers are now working, and to-day took certified copies of depositions offered in evidence from Clerk Hauser. Benj. Kaster died leaving a wife and severalsons. Win. H. Adams, of Seymour, was called to take charge of his papers and administer the estate. He found and read a will bequeathing everything to Mrs. Kaster and returned itto one of the sons, since which it has nas not been seen. The suit is brought to establish the will.
