Brother DeniesPart In RobberiesTeddy Harvey, a 21-year-old Ottumwn arrested last week at Dee Moines, pleaded innocent tobreaking and entering charge* when arraigned before Police Judge M. Harry Ziffren here today.He is accused in connectionwith a series of local break-ins, together with his brother, William Lee Harvey, 22, and Lowdl A. Cooper, 21, Des Moines. Thelatter two have been ordered *o the state reformatory for indeterminate 10-year terms.Teddy Harvey told Police Capt.
