In the Justice Court.John E. Bowen yesterday tiled an affidavit in Justice Young's court charging C, Don Hand field, who was formerly proprietor of the Goshen Oyster and Chop House, with provoke. Mr.Bandfield was arrested last evening by Constable Yates and upon being arraigned entered a plea of guilty. He was assessed together with costs in the sum of $10, which was paid.
