Innocent Plea Entered in Morals CaseMARTINEZ, March 22. — A 02-ye«r*old Richmond father of three chi Id red pleaded innocen* to a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor girt, at his arraignment yesterday in Contra Costa County Juvenile Court.The man, Vincent Lombardo, of ; 820 South 21st Street, is accused of forcing the 10-year-old girl into his automobile last Thursday, and of ! driving her to a bam in San Pablo, where he assertedly attempted to molest her.Lombardo was booked at Richmond City Jail late Thursday, but was released on bail of $2000. when his attorney filed an application fora writ of habeas corpus in Superior Court. The attorney. Louis £em-hcim, contended that Lombardo was detained for loo long a period without a complaint being filed.The motion for the writ was denied yesterday by Superior Judge Harold Jacoby. Lombardo was immediately Mnved with a copy of the current charge.Juvenile Court Magistrate Hugh H. Donovan fixed April 28 as the date for Lombardo’s preliminary hearing on the charge.Lombardo’s arrest was brought about by his alleged victim, who jolted his car's license number on a slip of paper and held it for police.
