SHERIFF’S OFFICE GETS NEW FINGERPRINTING OUTFITSheriff Russell Patterson and Chief Deputy H. G. Cline today are proudly displaying a new fingerprinting layout recently purchased for use of the sheriff’s office by the county court. The printing outfit is contained in a leather case about the size of a ladies' traveling bag. and is complete in every detail, including many types of powders and chemicals for “lifting” finger prints from the many varied places in which they are likely to be found.Possession of such an outfit will enable the sheriff's force to perform a much more thorough and scientific investigation into various crimes which may occur, since both Sheriff Patterson and Deputy Cline are well versed in the art of fingerprinting.
