JUROR’S TONGUE GETSBIGHAM BACK TO JAILWhether Walter O. Bigham of At-tiea O. is given a second trial for murder of his wife, who was fonnerly Mary Fulkes of Spencer, this county, depends on Edward Fought, a juror inthe case. !Bigham was convicted of manslaughter by the jury of which Fought was a member. INow Fought is charged with having talked about the case while he was ! serving as a juror.Meanwhile Bigham has been returned to jail. . .Motion for a new trial has been submitted to Judge Close, who heardi the case. . .. ,Bigham, who has been on bail pending decision on his application for a new trial, has been ordered remanded to the custody of the sheriff and hasgiven himself up. .! Mrs. Bigham was found dead in her home in Attica with a dagger thru her heart and the corner of a bed quilt jammed into her mouth, on Aug.1 23, of last year. The husband, charged with the murder, was convicted of manslaughter Feb. 2, 1918.
