Barr on a secret Indictment returned by the grand jury last Tuesday,Hull was indicted on throe count a charging embezzlement of $3011. Arraigned before Judge It. L. It is said that although given an opportunity to trmko good tho money, ho showed little disposition to do no.Hull was bonded for $2,000 by the American Surety Co., Now York City, at the time he enteredthe employ nf the Lkivoy concern and the bonding company is understood to have been the more insistent in prosecuting the case.Appearing in court with his eouu sol. Attorney Frank L. Johnson, HulJ agreed tlt; plead guilty to ono of the Ihree counts returned. Prosecutor J. f.L Marshall said he would not insint on pleas to the other two counts.Judge Howdy took the case under advisement with the announcement he would probably pass judgment In the matter sonic time Mon-day.
