Kenneth Cioss. 21, Pcwau-kce, was sentenced Monday to serve six months on the first count and received a suspended sentence from Municipal Judge Scott Lowty on the second count.Sentence was passed after Cross changed his plea from not guilty to guilty and Dish A tty. Leon L. Brenner read a report hv a Milwaukeeneurologist declaring Cross was1.e-,sonc. The defendant's attorney, Vincent J. Collins, said Cross received a severe head injury while serving in the army.The six months sentence was imposed for the first charge of indecent exposure.
