They were all moM dreadfully alfeclcd by■ their awful situation, and Kayes, after behaving w ith frantic violence,fell into strong convulsions and wascarried out of court, foaming at the mouth, and screaming in the most i horrible manner.The learned Judge pronouncedI the awful sentence in the most sol-- emu and impressive manneri 'during its delivery, the ; prisoners were ail in tears.
