O., near Columbus, towhich place the parents of Mr. Rochelle removed before he readied hismaturity.Mr. Rochelle was educated in thepublic schools of his neighborhood.about ten miles west of Columbus, and during the winter of 1K5!M4 he took a course of study in a commercial college in Cincinnati.Alter completing this course ofstudy he located in Hamilton andsince that time made this city his hon e.
