March 18 -lt;U.R) -Lyday Morris. 52, was jailed today j for slaying his brother after a poker gamp argument.Sheriff Bert Freeman said he shot Chappell Morris. 56 through the heart with a 22 rifle yesterday afternoon at the latter's home near here. {An argument between the brothers developed after a card , game Sunday, the sheriff said. Lyday allegedly fired into Chappell's house yesterday and fplled the brother when Chappell came aftrr him wi?h a shotgun.The victim is survived by his wife and six children.
