Branner in a tract of land of which they and the other Defendants are joint owners, containing 21 acres, lying on Shenandoah River, in Rockingham county, to the payment of the judgments against them.One ludgment in favor of Basore Shearer, assignee of Franklin Fowler vs. C. R. and J. J. Branner, for $32.73, principal, interest and costs, as of October 10th, 1892, and the other iq favor of J. W. Basore Co.v vs. J, J, Branner, for $19.80, with interest thereon from January 10th, 1891, till paid, and costs, $1.00, both of which judgments are in favor of the same parties under a different partnership name, andboth the property of Complainant.And affidavit! being made that the Defendant, Howard Hbman, is a* non-resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that he do ap-peVvUera within 15 days after due publication for this Order, and answer the Plaintiffs* Bill or do what is necessary to protect his interest,Tests *D.
