Branner in a tract of land of which they and the other Defendants are joint owners, containing 21 acres, lying on Shenandoah River, in Rockingham county, to the payment of the judgments against them.One ludgment in favor of Basore Shearer, assignee of Franklin Fowler vs. C. R. and J. J. Branner, for $32.73, principal, interest and costs, as of October 10th, 1892, and the other iq favor of J. W.
