oolegato.IHBRW1N BOUND DVKR.Held In 9400 to Appear at tlie Superior Court.The long-looked for decision of Judge Calef, who was nearly ten days in taking testimony in the Merwin bastardy case, was rendered this morning, and Merwia was bound over to the Superior court in bonds of $400, which were furnished. The case was noticed at the time of trial. Minnie Carey was employed in the Merwin family at Durham and accused the Deputy Sheriff of being the father of her then unborn child. Since the trial was concluded the girl gave birth to a bouncing baby boy at the almshouse.
